Complete Removal and Protective Coating

This program consists of a technician examining your site and providing you with a GUARANTEED PRICE for complete removal of all Graffiti from your site. Also included in this option is a complete Steam Cleaning of all walls up to a height of eight feet. Once walls are dry a specially designed Protective Coating is then applied, again up to a height of eight feet, This protective coating is invisible as well as permeable (allowing coated areas to breathe). It also protects against both U.V Rays as well as the usual dirt and grime. The best part is that all future Graffiti may be washed off using Hot High Pressure Water. Since this coating is sacrificial only areas that have been cleaned need to be re-coated. This coating has a GUARANTEED FIVE YEAR lifespan and is great in high problem areas.

The Graffiti Free Plan

This program is used primarily to re-claim high problem areas. If Graffiti is an ongoing problem at your property then you may want to consider THE GRAFFITI FREE PLAN. This program consists of complete removal of all Graffiti from your property as well as a Steam Cleaning of all walls. After walls are dry Protective Coating is applied. Once work is completed your site is then monitored on a weekly or monthly basis. (Depending on customers needs) Once any Graffiti is found it is instantly removed and re-coated. This plan has two major advantages for owners or managers faced with repeated Graffiti Problems. First it is a preventative program which is billed on a monthly basis, this allows managers to include it in their budgets and prevents unexpected costs through out the year. Secondly as we are monitoring your property you need not check it or call anyone. As soon as your property is TAGGED we remove the Graffiti and re-coat affected area. Digital photos of Graffiti removed are supplied with invoice on a monthly basis.
